About The Knowe Guest House

Located in 'Rob Roy' country, beneath the famous Crags and just over an hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow, The Knowe Guest House has been providing excellent accommodation to guests for over 30 years.

The guest house has many original Victorian and Edwardian features which can be seen on the stairwell and in hallway but we have also incorporated some modern touches here and there to accommodate today's traveller. A natural woodland borders the house to the rear and offers the opportunity to spot a rare Red Squirrel or some timid Roe Deer for our woodland facing rooms.

The front rooms overlook the picturesque town of Callander, Gateway to the Highlands, and enjoy some truly magnificent views down the valley to The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, an area famous for history and beauty. We are conveniently situated on a quiet street less than a minutes walk from the hussle and bussle of town and offer free onsite parking for our guests.
